Stainless steel freezer door
Door leaf constructed of a core of insulation material, covered on both sides with polyester and finished all round with stainless steel 304 profiles, thermal bridge-free. Equipped with a drop/lift rail system.
- Fully available in stainless steel 304.
- The door leaf can also be covered with stainless steel 304 (circle-brushed).
- Both horizontally and vertically available, and also in very large sizes.
- Manually or electrically operated.
- Flexible threshold. A long term solution which keeps the interior and exterior floors at the same level and realises controlled shrinkage (option).
Technical Data
Construction: Door leaf constructed of a core of insulation material, covered on both sides with 1,5mm impact-resistant glass-fibre reinforced foodsafe polyester. Door leaf covered with stainless steel 304 at additional price.
Thickness: Door leaf140mm.
R-value: Approx. 5,19 (m².K/W).
Framing: Stainless steel 304 profiles, thermal bridge-free.
Colour of door leaf: Standard colours RAL 6010 (green), RAL 9016 (white) or RAL 5005 (blue).
Sealing: All round by means of rubber profiles.
Threshold: Included. Flexible threshold (a so called sliding dowel construction) at additional price.
Door frame:Profiles covered with stainless steel 304 with a complete thermal bridge-free fit to the wall.
Frame: Heating included in door frame and threshold.
Rail system: Anodized aluminium drop/lift rail system type SRA with dust cap (horizontal), stainless steel 304 guiding system (vertical).
Operation: Manually operated (horizontal), chain operated (vertical). Electrical operation at additional price.
Openers: Inside and outside opener included (horizontal).
Locks: Not included. Available at additonal price.
Additional options: Stainless steel 304 drop/lift rail system type BR, stainless steel 304 bumper, stainless steel 304 finish of the clear opening, stainless steel 304 rain cap and more.
